We offer a few different levels of coordination listed below and are always open to customizing plans to your needs.
Day of Coordination
We meet with you ahead of the day and help to create a schedule for your perfect day. Then come day of we become the point of contact for your vendors and venue leaving you to focus on what matters. Trust us to keep everything moving along on time and to adjust as necessary.

Logistics
With our logistical planning we take the day of coordination to the next level. We will help you to create seating charts and diagram the space. We also will work with all your vendors to plan their setup times and needs as well as coordinate with your venue so that you only need to worry about contacting us for any and all of your changes.

Booking
Are you just starting the planning process and need some directions? We can help you get started and work out a schedule for the planning process. As well as work with you to coordinate all your vendor meetings and walkthroughs. All of this along with the packages above.
